Free 15 minute phone or video consultation
$175 for 50-minute virtual individual sessions
$220 for 80-minute virtual individual sessions
$205 for 50-minute virtual parenting support session

Mel offers a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so you can evaluate if she is the right therapeutic match for you.
Therapy sessions are held online using video or over the phone.
Please make sure you have a quiet and private place where you can speak freely without being disturbed.

MKatz Therapy offers various payment options including American Express, Mastercard, & Visa.

As a Registered Social Worker, services are often eligible for coverage under various private insurance plans, though it's advisable to verify with your provider.

Therapy costs can be included as a medical expense on your tax return. Please note that MKatz Therapy does not process direct billing but will issue receipts for insurance reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
